Farewell To A Lovely Lady

VALE VALDA STANTON

A great supporter of the Northam Race Club, Valda Stanton, passed away on 14 December after a long battle with illness related to age.

Her funeral will be at Pinnaroo Crematorium this Wednesday, 21 December, at 2 pm.

She is survived by her husband Bruce-another great supporter of Avon Valley racing and a decent man who has always been a stickler for proper administrative practice.

Unfortunately The Northam Race Club did not treat Bruce Stanton with any degree of decency (see Oz Racing story 9/9/11).

That club seriously needs to examine its collective conscience and offer back membership to Mr Stanton.

Oz Racing extends deepest sympathy to Bruce in the loss of his beloved wife.
